Topics include ways to include new CA Arts Standards and Framework; social emotional learning and the arts; unpacking racism through the arts; arts and the Black Lives Movement; and, indigenous ways of knowledge and learning. We see the arts as a tool for healing, connecting to self and community, increasing student engagement, and nurturing creativity. The Arts are essential!
