This meeting is for county arts leads and statewide partners. Contact Letty Kraus for more information email@example.com.
With the recent passage of the Arts and Music Instructional Materials Discretionary Block Grant and the Arts and Music in Schools Funding Guarantee and Accountability Act it is more important than ever to plan strategically and creatively for how to use these and other funding streams to fulfill the goal of equitable access to fully-staffed, sequential, standards-based arts education for all students at all grade levels.
Community of Practice participants will prepare to support their county or district with funding implementation by:
- Developing a deeper understanding of the various funding streams and possible uses

- Engaging in facilitated conversations with other arts education leaders around problems of practice
- Sharing ideas and best practices
